Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly part-time Greeter to welcome customers and support front-end operations in the Leeds, AL store. You will greet guests, share information about programs, and ensure a positive first impression while assisting with merchandise checks and visitor management.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic retail environment.

Formación

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and initiative when unsupervised are important.

Responsabilidades

• Greets all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs (e.g., CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pickup).
• Model brand standards and wear appropriate attire per dress code.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for returns and log visitors.
• Log visitor badges for vendor reps and monitor events.
• Keep entryway and work area clean and safe for customers and staff.
• Assist with firearm guest check‑in via trained outfitter; greeters do not handle firearms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
