Bass Pro Shops in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, guide them, and provide information at the front of the store. The role emphasizes delivering an exceptional customer experience with a smile and outgoing demeanor.

You will promote CLUB Membership and in-store promotions, maintain a neat entry, assist with event details, and ensure safety and cleanliness in the front area. This is a part-time position with Bass Pro Shops' standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Adhere to dress code and present a professional image.
• Check in customers’ merchandise for returns.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor logs.
• Inform customers about events, sales, and promotions; distribute promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Assist with firearm check-in per SOP; do not handle firearms.
