Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is hiring a part-time Greeter to warmly welcome every guest and guide them to assistance as needed. You will promote CLUB Membership, in-store pickup, and other services while maintaining a friendly, professional appearance in our on-site environment.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing returns, logging vendor visits, and sharing promotional information. You will also help keep the entrance orderly and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and organizational ability.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand standards through attire and behavior.
• Check in customer merchandise returns and vendor visits with required logs.
• Inform customers about events and promotions and hand out materials.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and surrounding areas.
