Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome every guest and assist with front-end tasks. You will promote store programs, handle merchandise checks, and help provide an outstanding customer service experience for all visitors.

The role emphasizes a professional appearance, strong communication, and the ability to work unsupervised while contributing to a positive store atmosphere. This is a part-time front-end position at Bass Pro Shops.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promoting programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards with professional appearance and welcoming body language.
• Checks in customer merchandise and vendor representatives as required.
• Inform customers of events, sales, promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryway and work area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assist with guest check-in for firearms/weapons by notifying Outfitter per SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
