Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Stock/Fulfillment to model and coach the team on customer service, brand experience and efficient back-of-house operations. You will drive fulfillment accuracy across Omni channels and support the management team to maximize productivity.

You will train staff, oversee receiving, stockroom standards, and audits while maintaining the brand image. The role requires 1–3 years retail sales with some leadership and open availability for full-time shifts

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate a team.
• Ability to train and coach others in operational standards and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Oversees Back of House functions: Omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, stockroom organization and markdowns.
• Executes customer fulfillment across all channels to meet customer needs while protecting brand image.
• Models and coaches productivity, BOPIS/design crew conversion, processing, packing and stockroom standards.
• Manages shipping/processing stations and product staging to ensure efficient receipt and packing of merchandise.
• Performs routine audits and reconciliations to minimize loss and errors.
• Maintains a fair, respectful environment aligned with People First philosophy.
