• Oversees back-of-house operations including omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, stockroom organization and markdown/markup execution.
• Executes customer fulfillment across all channels using services (BOPIS, SFS, STS, Home Delivery, Installation) to meet customer needs while preserving brand image.
• Models, trains and coaches productivity related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing and stockroom standards.
• Manages shipping and processing stations, product staging areas and supplies for efficient receipt and packing of merchandise.
• Performs routine audits to prevent loss and maintains daily disciplines to minimize shrink.
