Qualifications

• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Background check required.
• 1-3 years retail sales experience; management experience preferred.
• 1-2 years home-related or specialty experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees back-of-house operations: omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, stockroom organization, and standards.
• Executes customer fulfillment across all channels to meet customer needs while maintaining profitability and brand image.
• Models, trains and coaches productivity related to fulfillment and stockroom standards.
• Manages shipping and processing stations, product staging areas and supplies.
• Performs routine audits and reconciliations to eliminate loss.
• Maintains a respectful environment aligned with the People First Philosophy.
