Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for OMNI Operations to drive incremental sales and profitability through in‑store order fulfillment across Omni channels. You will model guest relationships, supervise staff, and ensure coverage on the sales floor while maintaining a World‑Class service standard.

You will lead fulfillment across channels, manage stock room flows, audits, safety, and a positive People‑First environment, with weekend availability and full‑time status.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organization and leadership skills.
• Superior critical thinking to identify challenges and act quickly.
• Great time management to juggle multiple priorities and tasks.
• Ability to independently lead self and others to achieve results.
• 2–3 years of previous retail sales or customer service management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer fulfillment across all channels and services.
• Identify and manage shipping lanes and stock room organization.
• Maintain stockroom efficiency, safety, and productivity.
• Perform audits and daily reconciliations to reduce shrink.
• Promote safety best practices and lead safety meetings.
