Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Lead, Stock/Fulfillment to drive exceptional customer service and efficient store operations in our Lynnfield, MA location. You will coach teams, optimize inventory flows, and uphold brand standards across Omni channels.

Responsibilities include overseeing back-of-house functions, coordinating fulfillment, and training associates to improve productivity while protecting the brand’s image. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to motivate and influence others through personal actions and examples.
• 1–3 years retail sales experience with management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years home related or specialty experience preferred (design, visual merchandising, stockroom responsibilities).

Responsibilities

• Oversees Back of House operational functions: Omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, stockroom organization and standards.
• Executes customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging services (BOPIS, SFS, STS, Home Delivery) to meet customer needs while maintaining profitability and brand image.
• Models, trains and coaches productivity and performance related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing and stockroom standards.
• Manages shipping and processing stations, product staging areas and supplies to ensure efficient receipt and packing of merchandise.
• Performs routine audits and reconciliations and establishes daily disciplines to eliminate loss/shrink.
