Job summary

You will coach teams, optimize fulfillment across channels, and supervise shipping, receiving and stockroom activities to protect the brand image while driving efficiency. The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership with 1–3 years of retail sales and some supervisory experience; background checks apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversees back-of-house operations including Omni/fulfillment, receiving, shipping, inventory, stockroom organization and markdown/markup execution.
• Executes customer fulfillment across all channels leveraging services (BOPIS, SFS, STS, Home Delivery, Installation) to meet customer needs while maintaining brand profitability and image.
• Models, trains and coaches productivity and performance related to fulfillment, BOPIS/Design Crew conversion, processing, packing and stockroom standards.
• Manages shipping/processing stations, product staging areas and supplies for efficient receipt and packing of merchandise.
• Performs audits and reconciliations to minimize loss and shrink and establish daily disciplines.
