Our Front Desk team is made up of courteous and specially trained members who are responsible for providing attentive and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

- Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming check-in/check-out experience.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and any special requests.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.
- Maintain knowledge of resort services, amenities, local attractions, and events to assist guests.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and issues are resolved.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy, professionalism, and timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, room availability, and guest preferences.
- Uphold front desk security protocols, including verifying guest identification.
- Balance cash drawer and perform end-of-shift audits and reports.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- All other duties as assigned.
Is this the job for me:
- Guest Service or Front Desk experience preferred but not required.
- Exceptional Guest Service skills required.
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
- Follow all resort policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
- Must have reliable transportation.
