Set in the luxurious Adirondack-style Main Lodge of The Chatwal Lodge, Catskills, our Front Office Agent partners with the Director of Operations to create a luxury guest experience.
As a boutique, luxury property with 14 keys, the front office team is a tight-knit, dynamic group that employs team-style service daily. Candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training in all front office areas will be provided to enhance your skills and improve guest service.
Front Office associates handle guest registration, communicate hotel services and promotions, and directly impact the guest experience through casual conversations. Responsibilities also include processing payments and responding to guest inquiries. This role represents Hyatt’s hospitality and is ideal for those with previous front desk experience or interest in hotel clerk roles.
Starting pay is $19 per hour.
