Located in the luxurious Adirondack-style Main Lodge of The Chatwal Lodge, Catskills, our Front Office Agent partners with the Director of Operations to create a luxury guest experience.
As a boutique, luxury property with 14 keys, the front office team is a close-knit, dynamic group that provides team-style service daily. Candidates eager to learn are encouraged to apply; comprehensive training in all Front Office areas will be provided to enhance skills and improve guest service.
Responsibilities include guest registration, communicating hotel services and promotions, processing payments, and responding to guest inquiries. This role offers high visibility and the chance to directly impact the guest experience. Previous hotel front desk experience or interest in hotel clerk roles is preferred.
Starting pay is $19 per hour.
