Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills preferred.
• Willingness to work long and unusual hours, including late nights.
• Experience with house management or front-of-house operations is a plus.
• Knowledge of theatrical terminology, equipment, and usages is beneficial.
• Good customer service skills are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests and patrons are greeted with courteous, attentive service at the Touhill.
• Direct patrons to seating and amenities and hand out programs as needed.
• Enforce Touhill policies and decorum while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
• Complete University-mandated training and Touhill-specific qualifications.
