The Event Support Lead provides guidance and supervision while performing operational support for performances, events, and venue activities by assisting with the maintenance, cleaning, and organization of venues used. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and some work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in event or theatrical setup is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills are recommended.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean the performance and presentation spaces before, during, and after events.
• Supervise and participate in running department event support crews and venue preparations.
• Set up portable seating and tables to match client requests.
• Receive, unload and load deliveries of items and equipment; organize areas for subsequent events.
• Complete University-mandated and Touhill-specific training as required.
