Qualifications

• Ability to work long and unusual hours, including nights and weekends.
• Experience with front-of-house operations or house management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional guest services to Touhill patrons and answer inquiries.
• Sell tickets using computerized ticketing systems and process payments (credit card, cash, checks).
• Reconcile seating and ticketing discrepancies and escalate complex issues to a supervisor.
• Complete required University and Touhill trainings.
