Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED required and two or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• Must obtain HIPAA certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC) within 2 weeks of starting in role where applicable.
• Must obtain Manager Food Safety certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.
• Must obtain Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification within 2 weeks of starting in role.

Responsibilities

• Works with upper management to train and develop partners, schedule, plan, assign, and direct work.
• Provides checkout services and ensures accurate cashier totals; assists customers and bag groceries.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and presentable front-end; monitors parking lot and customer flow.
• Leads front-end team, evaluates performance, and motivates partners; supports policy compliance and safety procedures.
• Handles customer questions and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
