Responsibilities include training cashiers, enforcing policies, and maintaining accurate checkout procedures while promoting a positive shopping experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Leads front-end operations while coordinating front-end personnel.
• Proactively responds to customer issues and complaints.
• Trains cashiers and courtesy/utility clerks on policies and procedures.
• Ensures front-end operations meet freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Provides checkout services and bags/transports customer groceries.
• Maintains accurate money count in register at all times.
• Monitors parking lot cleanliness and customer flow on the front end.
• Monitors and minimizes front-end shrink and mis-tendencies with staff.
• Keeps a friendly, customer-service oriented attitude at all times.
