Responsibilities include training partners, monitoring policy compliance, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment. Previous cash handling excellence and ability to multitask are essential.

Qualifications

• High school Diploma or GED is required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• HIPAA certification must be obtained within 2 weeks of starting.
• TABC/LACT/AATC certification must be obtained within 2 weeks where applicable.
• Manager Food Safety certification must be obtained within 2 weeks.
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification must be obtained within 2 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop partners, schedule, plan, and direct work.
• Assist in training cashiers on policies and procedures.
• Ensure regulations for freshness, safety, refrigeration, and sanitation are met in front end.
• Provide checkout services, bag, and transport groceries; ensure correct totals.
• Monitor parking lot cleanliness and assist with customer flow.
• Monitor and manage potential front-end shrink and partner purchases.
• Greet customers and respond to questions and complaints.
