Responsibilities

• Answer multiline telephone system and transfer calls or take messages.
• Check visitors in and escort to destinations; maintain sign-in records.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support; handle mail and deliveries.
• Schedule appointments and manage meeting-room reservations; maintain files.
