Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our healthcare team in California. You will greet residents and visitors, answer multi-line calls, and assist with front-desk responsibilities, helping maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.

Ideal candidates show excellent customer service, reliability, and discretion, with prior receptionist or healthcare exposure preferred. Pay ranges from $17.48 to $18.00 per hour with part-time scheduling.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist visitors with questions and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Support general administrative and clerical needs.
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
• Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and correspondence.
• Communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and guests.
• Assist facility leadership and departments with administrative tasks as needed.
