Willow Creek Health Care Center in Clovis, NM is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to join our administrative team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and community partners, greeting everyone with warmth and professionalism.

This non-clinical role handles phones, visitor check-in, scheduling, mail, and basic clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality and a welcoming lobby.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous receptionist/clerical or customer-service experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard clerical tasks.
• Excellent customer-service and interpersonal skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and friendly demeanor.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, and visitors with a welcoming attitude.
• Answer multiline phone system, transfer calls, and take messages.
• Check in visitors and direct them to destinations.
• Maintain visitor sign-in/sign-out records.
• Notify staff of arrivals, appointments, and cancellations.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Handle mail and deliveries and schedule meetings.
• Keep reception and lobby clean and organized.
