RadNet, Inc. in Baltimore seeks a Front Desk Professional to deliver exceptional service to residents, guests and visitors. You will answer and direct calls, collect information, route requests, and help maintain a welcoming lobby and organized front desk.
The position has weekend shifts (Sat and Sun, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM). You will manage mail/packages, logs, and assist with community engagement. A high school diploma or GED is required.
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls professionally, receiving and distributing packages accurately, and ensuring a positive experience for everyone entering the community.
The schedule for this role is Saturday and Sunday, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
