Job summary

Four Points by Sheraton Orlando International Drive is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to provide memorable guest experiences at the hotel lobby. You’ll handle check-ins, answer questions, and assist guests with local information in a fast-paced environment.

In this part-time role, you’ll collaborate with team members, maintain accuracy in reservations, arrive with a positive attitude, and uphold service standards that reflect the Four Points brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide exceptional service to ensure a memorable stay.
• Assist with check-ins/check-outs and handle reservations accurately.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff to maintain smooth operations.
