Job summary

Paramount Hospitality Management is seeking a friendly Part Time Front Desk Agent in Orlando to proudly greet guests and manage reservations with a smile. You will be the first point of contact, delivering excellent service and addressing inquiries to ensure a smooth stay.

Responsibilities include checking guests in/out using our system, answering calls, and coordinating with housekeeping to meet guest needs.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient with computers; experience with property management systems is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

Check guests in and out efficiently using the property management system.
Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about the property and local area.
Handle guest requests and resolve issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, payments, and guest information.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met.
Perform other front desk duties as assigned to support daily operations.
