Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners’ Planet Fitness club is seeking a Service Desk Associate to deliver friendly front-desk service, handle memberships, and maintain clean facilities. You will interact with members and guests, schedule fitness sessions, and support management and staff in daily operations.

The role emphasizes customer service, team collaboration, and adherence to the Judgment Free Zone culture, with a focus on accuracy and proactive problem solving in a busy gym environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests on arrival and say goodbye on departure.
• Monitor club access for members and guests.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects.
• Give tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into the database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Organize and maintain the front desk and customer service area.
• Schedule appointments for fitness training sessions.
• Perform routine shift procedures and club housekeeping duties.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, floors, and facilities.
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
