Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to members and acknowledge all members.
• Provide telephone service and answer calls knowledgeably.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments from customers and give change and receipts.
