Planet Fitness in Windham, CT is hiring for a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome and assist members, handle inquiries, and promote memberships and current promotions. You will manage check-ins, answer phones, and help maintain a clean, safe club environment during a fast-paced shift.

The ideal candidate is 18+, with a HS diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of face-to-face retail or fitness-related customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• 18 years old or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate member's needs and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain the club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to customers to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about business procedures and policies clearly.
