Job summary

Sentral is seeking a friendly Community Team member for an on-site, in-person guest services role at our Miami property. You will greet residents, answer calls, handle requests, and maintain lobby areas while upholding Sentral standards of hospitality and safety.

Requirements include a high school diploma, 1 year in hospitality or customer service, and the ability to work evenings and weekends. Perks include health options, a 401(k) match, generous PTO, paid holidays, and travel discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• At least one year of hospitality or customer service experience.
• Multifamily experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral’s standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests.
• Serve as first point of contact between guests and the organization.
• Prioritize requests with friendliness, efficiency, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Greet residents by name and with a smile to make guests feel welcomed.
• Provide hospitality in line with QA expectations to create memorable experiences.
• Resolve disputes to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Answer, record, and process calls, messages, and inquiries.
• Monitor access and maintain safety and security for residents.
• Maintain lobby and common spaces and stock refreshment stations.
