Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Washington, PA is seeking a courteous Front Desk Agent to greet guests, check them in and out, and handle reservations with efficiency. You will answer calls, assist with requests, coordinate with teams, and help organize meetings or events while maintaining a positive, guest-focused atmosphere.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and is flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy hotel environment.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and basic computer software.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and check guests in and out using a computerized system
• Handle guest requests, such as booking tours or making restaurant reservations
• Assist with check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and issuing keys
• Answer phone calls and respond to online inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with organizing and setting up events and meetings
• Handle guest complaints and concerns with grace and professionalism
• Perform light cleaning duties, such as wiping down counters and restocking supplies
• Other duties as assigned
