Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with departments to meet guest requests in a fast-paced setting.
• Answer questions about local area and facilities and provide directions.
• Demonstrate proper phone etiquette and take reservations.
• Post and reconcile charges on guest receipts with accuracy.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration.
