Qualifications

• Prior front desk experience in a brand setting or luxury hotel ideal.
• Willing to train the right customer service professional.
• Strong knowledge of software applications and hotel platforms (MS Office, OnQ, Opera, etc.).
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills preferred.
