Job summary

Indian Wells Golf Resort in Indian Wells, CA is seeking a motivated Part-Time Food Expeditor to join our hospitality team. You will match order tickets with kitchen items and help ensure timely delivery to guests.

The ideal candidate has basic food-service experience, is reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. ServSafe certification or equivalent is preferred; comfortable with POS systems and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Must be ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol & Food Allergy) or TIPS equivalent.
• Knowledge of POS applications is helpful.
• Ability to read and speak English to perform duties.

Responsibilities

• Match order tickets with prepared food items and sides.
• Check presentation and ensure all items are included.
• Monitor food quality and return sub-standard items to kitchen.
• Maintain ticket times and escalate delays to the Chef.
• Communicate with service staff about filled or returned orders.
• Ensure take-out orders are packed with all accompaniments.
