Lush Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader in Anchorage to support the Store Management Team on the shop floor. You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, train ambassadors, and help maintain brand standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Customer Experience: Drive sales by coaching the team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjusting shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: Lead by example with world-class service and product demos; exceed daily sales goals.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and ethical commitments in-store and through community engagement.
• Product Passion: Deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
• Development: Train Sales Ambassadors and peers on effective techniques and product knowledge to improve performance.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: Encourage open communication and promote DEIB within the team.
• Operational Excellence: Manage cash handling, opening/closing, attendance, visuals, inventory, and adherence to store policies.
