Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Anchorage is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team of sales associates, coach on the shop floor, and ensure operational excellence across opening/closing, cash handling, visuals, and inventory.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining brand messaging on ethical practices, and fostering a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve problems related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities
