Job summary

Lush in Anchorage is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to drive sales and deliver an exceptional customer experience on the shop floor. You will lead a team of Sales Associates, coach on product knowledge, and uphold Lush’s brand values including ethical sourcing and handmade cosmetics.

You will train peers, supervise cash handling and opening/closing routines, and ensure operational excellence while maintaining a positive, inclusive store culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures experience.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor; coach and adjust team performance.
• Lead by example in customer consultations, product demos, and daily coaching.
• Educate customers on Lush values and ethical stance across products and packaging.
• Train Sales Ambassadors and peers on product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Support DEIB Culture by encouraging open communication and teamwork.
