Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to energize our store team at South Shore Plaza. You will coach Sales Ambassadors, drive sales, and elevate the customer experience on the shop floor with demonstrations and brand education.

Join a passionate team focusing on skincare, ethical beauty, and inclusive DEIB values. This role offers a flexible schedule with 20–29 hours weekly and a starting pay of $22 USD per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales
• Cash handling and store opening/closing procedures experience
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service
• Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust floor structure to meet/exceed sales goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service and product demonstrations on the shop floor and strive to exceed daily sales goals.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and our stance on ethical practices and packaging.
• Product Passion: Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations for customer needs
