Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience including coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Lead and coach Sales Ambassadors to meet and exceed targets.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices.
• Increase product knowledge and provide informed product recommendations.
• Open/close store operations and handle cash as required.
• Maintain visuals and merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Support inventory tasks and ensure store standards and safety.
