Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coaching using store performance data and adjust floor structure to meet goals.
• Lead on shop floor to deliver world-class customer experiences and product demos.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and fights against animal testing, ethical buying, and vegan products.
• Increase product knowledge and recommend options for customer needs.
