Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to energize the shop floor, coach Sales Ambassadors, and drive exceptional customer experiences in our Briarwood location. You will lead training, monitor sales results, and ensure brand values are consistently communicated to customers and staff alike.

In this role, you’ll manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and time-and-attendance practices while promoting DEIB in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.
• Experience in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Use StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team, adjust shop floor structure to meet goals, and celebrate achievements with the team.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service on the shop floor, run product demonstrations, listen to consultations, collaborate with the team, and aim to exceed daily sales targets.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values, explain our positions on animal testing, ethical buying, and handmade cosmetics in-store and through community events.
• Product Passion: Expand product knowledge continually and make informed recommendations for customer needs.
