Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America in Naperville seeks a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team and lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor. You’ll drive sales, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and foster a brand-driven store culture.

You’ll coach using store data, educate customers on our ethical values, manage cash handling, visuals, stock, and store operations, while building a positive, inclusive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the sales team and adjusting floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical policies.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
• Foster DEIB and promote teamwork.
• Manage cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Monitor attendance and ensure staff are prepared for shifts.
• Maintain visuals, stock, and merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.
• Ensure store policies and health and safety standards are followed.
