Lush Handmade Cosmetics in Cincinnati is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team. You’ll drive sales, open/close the store, analyze results, and lead training sessions to ensure an exceptional customer experience and a motivated staff.

On the shop floor, you’ll guide Sales Ambassadors, strengthen brand knowledge, and promote Lush values such as 100% Vegetarian and Naked Packaging. You’ll build a positive, energetic atmosphere that helps customers and employees alike.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service.
• Fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by coaching the team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor with product demos.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical practices in-store and in events.
• Educate customers on product knowledge and provide informed recommendations.
