Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America in Boca Raton is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team. On the shop floor you'll coach a team of sales associates, drive sales, and strive for an exceptional customer experience.

You will lead operations including opening/closing, cash handling, stock, and visual merchandising while upholding brand values such as cruelty-free cosmetics and ethical sourcing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results to coach the sales team and adjust shop floor structure to meet goals.
• Customer Experience: Deliver world-class service on the shop floor, including product demonstrations and consultations.
• Building the Brand: Educate customers on Lush values and brand positions in-store and through events.
• Product Passion: Maintain deep product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to customers.
