Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at Town Center of Boca Raton to guide a team of Sales Ambassadors on the shop floor, coach for sales growth, and uphold the brand’s ethical standards. The role emphasizes customer experience, product knowledge, and leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position involves driving sales, leading training sessions, managing cash handling, and ensuring operational excellence while maintaining a positive, collaborative team

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching and training.
• Able to solve day-to-day customer service issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: experience with consultation-based service models.
• Preferred: experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Preferred: skincare or cosmetics industry experience.
• Preferred: DEIB or cross-cultural collaboration training; Spanish or French fluency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by coaching the team and adjusting floor structure.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethics.
• Increase product knowledge to recommend solutions.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
• Promote DEIB and inclusive teamwork.
• Cash handling, opening/closing, and register reconciliation.
• Manage visuals, stock, and inventory following merchandising guidelines.
• Ensure store policies and procedures are followed.
