Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback and training
• Problem-solving skills in day-to-day operations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty and ethical business
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team using performance data.
• Lead on customer experience with product demonstrations and consultations.
• Educate customers on brand values and store initiatives.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors to improve performance.
• Foster DEIB and collaborative teamwork, promoting belonging.
