Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience supervising and coaching a team is preferred.

• Lead on customer experience with product demonstrations and store visits.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical commitments.
• Train Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and skills.
