Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader in Miami, FL to support the Store Management Team on sales, opening/closing, and coaching a team of Sales Associates on the shop floor.

You will create an exceptional customer experience, educate customers on Lush values, and drive brand and store performance while maintaining visual standards and efficient operations. Pay is $17.60 per hour; 20-29 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in customer service and sales
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures
• Supervisory experience coaching, feedback, and training
• Ability to analyze sales and meet goals
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and coach the sales team to meet goals
• Lead customer experience on the shop floor
• Educate customers on Lush values and brand commitments
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers
• Support DEIB and foster belonging
• Manage cash handling and store opening/closing
• Maintain visuals, merchandising, stock and inventory, and safety compliance
