Job summary

Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader for the Town Center of Boca Raton to support the Store Management Team and drive sales on the shop floor with leadership of Sales Associates. You will lead by example, deliver world-class customer service, and educate customers on brand values.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing cash handling and opening/closing, maintaining visuals and inventory, and promoting a positive, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving in day-to-day customer service operations.

Responsibilities

• Driving Sales: coach the sales team using StoreForce dashboard results and adjust shop floor structure to meet/exceed goals.
• Customer Experience: deliver a world-class experience on the shop floor with demonstrations and collaborative teamwork.
• Building the Brand: educate customers on Lush values, fighting animal testing, ethical buying, 100% vegetarian, handmade and naked packaging.
• Product Passion: grow product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Development: train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers to improve performance and skills.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging: foster DEIB through open communication and collaboration.
• Operational Excellence: cash handling, opening/closing, security, and nightly deposits.
• Time and Attendance: monitor attendance, breaks, and store communications for preparedness.
• Visuals and Merchandising: maintain a clean, visually appealing store and adjust displays.
• Stock and Inventory: train team on inventory practices and use Visual Merchandising guidelines.
• Policies and Procedures: ensure compliance with company standards.
