Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking an energetic Behavior Technician to deliver 1-on-1 ABA services in clients' homes across New York. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA and help collect progress data to inform treatment effectiveness.

This role offers flexible part-time/evening hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment focused on positive outcomes for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience with children preferred.
• Experience with behavioral challenges or ASD is preferred, but training will be provided.
• Reliable transportation to assigned work locations.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions to engage children aged 2-15 years.
• Undertake any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
