Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians to join our growing team. In a home-based setting, you will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, delivering individualized treatment plans.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping children, able to adapt to a fast-paced schedule, and reliable. We offer flexible after-school hours, paid training, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Prior experience providing support to children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality awareness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client in their home to implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Assist with activities to engage children aged 2–15 and adapt to movement during sessions.
